Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:

Returns

All sales are final on opened or used products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for vitamins or dietary supplements that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy is in place to protect customer safety and product integrity.

Eligible Returns

We will accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
