Screening Options

  1. Basic Wellness Screening
    Height, weight & BMI, blood pressure, heart rate, and waist circumference.
    Best for: General wellness checks, workplace health, community events.
  2. Standard Biometric Panel (CLIA-Waived)
    Includes everything in Basic, plus: blood glucose (fasting or random), total cholesterol, HDL & LDL (calculated), and cholesterol/HDL ratio.
    Best for: Corporate wellness programs and early detection of cholesterol and glucose imbalance.
  3. Advanced Metabolic Panel
    Includes everything in Standard, plus: triglycerides, Hemoglobin A1c, and optional nicotine (cotinine) testing.
    Best for: Deeper metabolic assessments, high-risk populations, weight-management programs, and organizations seeking a comprehensive health profile.
  4. Add-On Options
    Total Cholesterol, Glucose, A1C
